To get a Library Card, you need to be at least 7 years old and accompanied by an adult.

You need to fill out a form at the desk with your name, address, and phone number.

The clerk will issue a Scranton Library Card.

After you have the card, you can check out three movies at a time and a limit of five books.

Under 18 can not check out Rated R movies.

Limit of one New Release per customer.

Books can be checked out for two weeks.

Movies can be checked out for one week.

New Release movies and Wii games are checked out for three days.
